Terms of Service

AIXNEX is operated by Goldbaz Studio, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. “We”, “us”, “our”, and “AIXNEX” mean Goldbaz Studio.

AIXNEX provides AI-powered tools for generating, editing, and managing visual content for product brands — including image generation, on-model try-on, motion video, retouching, scene recreation, and storyboarding. The exact tools available depend on your plan.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality on a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and offer a fair credit or refund.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use AIXNEX on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for any activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• •Subscription model — paid plans are sold as 30-day access passes via Ziina (charged in AED at the UAE Central Bank peg of 1 USD = 3.6725 AED). They do not auto-renew; we will prompt you to re-purchase before expiry.
• •Credits — every paid action consumes credits at a published rate. Subscription credits reset on the first of each billing month. Top-up credits never expire and are spent before subscription credits.
• •Refunds on failure — if a render fails because of a provider error, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You only pay for successful outputs.
• •No refunds for changed mind — past the first 14 days of a new subscription (where consumer law requires a cooling-off period), credits already spent are non-refundable.
• •Taxes — listed prices are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, or any other levy your jurisdiction imposes; you are responsible for those.
• •Free Hero Campaign — applications are reviewed at our discretion; eligibility does not create a contractual right to a campaign.

Your inputs. You keep all rights to the photos, briefs, and other material you upload. By uploading them you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display them solely to deliver the Service to you.

Your outputs. Subject to these Terms and you having a paid plan in good standing, you own the visual outputs AIXNEX generates from your inputs and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

Our platform. The AIXNEX brand, the Service's software, models, prompt libraries, training data, and underlying intellectual property remain ours. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you.

AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs may contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected likenesses. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or distributing it. AIXNEX makes no representation that any specific output will be unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of resemblance to third-party works.

You must not use the Service to produce content depicting real people without their consent, content that infringes another party's intellectual property, or content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where you intend to publish it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other illegal content;
• •Infringe trademarks, copyrights, designs, or other intellectual-property rights;
• •Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
• •Generate political deepfakes, election-influencing content, or content designed to defraud;
• •Reverse-engineer the platform, scrape it, or attempt to extract training data;
• •Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass security measures (the Security Policy explains how to report vulnerabilities responsibly);
• •Resell access to AIXNEX without a written reseller agreement.

We may, without notice, remove content, throttle access, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

The Service depends on third-party providers (Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini, fal.ai, Tripo3D, Ziina, Stripe, Anthropic). Their availability, pricing, and content policies are outside our control; outages or policy changes by them may affect parts of AIXNEX.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (b) content you uploaded or generated and then distributed, or (c) your violation of any law or right of a third party.

You may close your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that exposes us or other customers to legal or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Content Rights, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers retain any mandatory rights they have under the law of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted; for material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days in advance.
